Jess Parkinson

Jess originally trained at The Royal Academy of Music with credits in the West End musical "School of Rock" as well as appearing as the singer in Jack Whitehall's Netflix Special "Jack Whitehall: At Large". Jess is now an experienced well-being coach, speaker and presenter specialising in breath work, yoga, meditation and fitness. She's appeared on ITV's This Morning as well as been featured on BBC Radio London.
