Bio

Scott's voice:

Scott is Lancashire born and bred with an accent to match.

As a trained actor, he has a natural ability with accents and vocal styles; but he hasn't lost that cheeky Northern charm that makes his voice unique.

He can seamlessly transition from youthful and energetic - grabbing audience ears - to sombre and considered, while gently guiding listeners in his natural conversational style. This makes him suitable for anything from fun animation to narration with gravitas.

Being naturally warm and friendly, this comes through in his delivery. Familiar and relatable, Scott has a great regional voice. Click on the demo link provided to hear for yourself.

About Scott:

Scott is an actor and writer. He trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, as well as with US theatrical luminary Wynn Handman at his Manhattan studio.

His most recent work has been with West End and Broadway playwright/director Jim Cartwright where he appeared in 'Cartwright Cabaret' (at the Bolton Octagon) and 'A Wedding'. He was one of a handful of actors to launch the Jim Cartwright Theatre Company in the star-studded 'Burning Bright' directed by Anthony Banks. He appeared alongside Sue Johnston, Julie Hesmondhalgh, Warren Brown and other well-known faces of stage and screen.

On screen, Scott has been in ITV's 'At Home with the Braithwaites' (alongside Amanda Redman and Peter Davison), and briefly in the most recent series of 'The A Word' (BBC One), in addition to his own projects: the YouTube comedy 'Insignificant Other' (with comedian Lee Peart) and his comedy short 'Grim' (directed by Amazon filmmaker Sam Fountayne) which is currently in post production.
